Client Details

Description

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for a portfolio of properties.
  • Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payment processing and accurate tenant billing.
  • Collaborate with property managers to analyze budgets, track variances, and prepare financial reports.
  • Support year-end audits by providing required documentation and assisting with inquiries.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, local regulations, and GAAP standards.
  • Conduct cash flow management and prepare reports for property performance analysis.


Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in property accounting or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software.
  • Strong skills in Excel and financial reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
