ob Summary :
The Clinical Data Analyst provides data analysis support for the Quality Department by assisting with the development of reports and/or dashboards to monitor program and clinical performance. You will use your skills in data analytics to turn data into actionable information that will drive improvements in clinical care and patient safety for Virtua.
Position Responsibilities:
Perform analyses of clinical data to generate insights that can drive improvements in patient care and safety.
Use data visualization tools like Power BI, QlikView, and Slice Dicer to assist in identifying and tracking trends.
Create queries and reports to provide the data required to advance patient care and safety
Build databases to effectively manage data.
Communicate findings through the use of effective data visualizations.
Serve as subject matter expert in data analytics to advance Virtua's clinical data analytical capacity.
Position Qualifications Required :
Required Experience:
Two to Five years' experience in healthcare setting.
Proficiency in data analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Access, QlikView, Python, R, SAS and Power BI
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in data science, data analytics, biostatistics and/or public health. Master's Degree preferred.
Training / Certification / Licensure:
Experience in SQL, Epic Reporting Workbench, Crystal Reports, Clarity database, Business Objects and Slicer Dicer preferred.
