Description
- Review and Guidance: Oversee outsourced accounting, payroll, and tax services, providing feedback and educational support to staff.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for new services and support client acquisition.
- Client Engagement: Manage client onboarding, build relationships, and oversee complex projects.
- Advisory Services: Provide forecasting, KPI dashboards, and other financial insights to clients.
- Process Management: Handle payroll and sales tax notices, conduct research, and ensure data accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Enhance accounting processes and workflows to improve team efficiency.
Profile
- Experience: 5+ years in a CPA firm with staff management and supervisory experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Yardi; skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities; high attention to detail.
