- Assess private equity investment prospects, particularly in venture funds and technology/biotechnology firms in North America.
- Carry out due diligence and implement direct investments and fund commitments.
- Perform comprehensive market, industry, and corporate research.
- Create investment strategies and develop detailed investment plans.
- Oversee and track the performance of the investment portfolio.
- Focus area: Private equity and venture investments in the US and Canada.
Profile
- A minimum of one year of experience in private equity investment, portfolio management, or advisory services.
- Skills in market analysis, private equity portfolio management, and risk management.
- Proficiency in conducting corporate interviews, performing fundamental analysis, and executing modeling and valuation.
