Job Description:
In this role, you will maintain accurate financial records and perform various accounting tasks to support the company's operations. This includes but is not limited to:
- Recording and reconciling financial transactions
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conducting month-end and year-end close processes
- Assisting with tax preparation and compliance
- Providing support for audits and other financial reviews
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
