Jr. Staff Accountant

Toyo Tires is seeking a motivated recent Accounting Graduate to join our team as a Junior Staff Accountant. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for Account reconciliations
• Participates in month-end closing activities & reporting.
• Aids in the budgeting process
• Processes wire payments & verifies banking information.
• Assists in Accounts Payable or Fixed Assets when required.
• Participates in monthly physical inventory.
• Performs audits on incoming shipments as well as storeroom inventories.
• Responsible for specific audit schedules on a quarterly basis as well as answering audit questions.
• Special projects
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in accounting from an accredited four-year college or university; and one year of related internship experience.
