As a Property Accountant, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing property-related transactions.

Requirements:
• Accounting min experience 5 yrs (Cost Accounting a plus)
• Accounting software experience (SAGE 50 Accounting a plus)
• Office 365
• Ability to multi-task assignments and pivot
• Prioritization
• Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardizations exist.
• Good communication skills using emotional intelligence
• Attention to detail
• Working well in a team environment
• Critical thinking
• Strong Balance Sheet and G/L experience
Responsibilities:
• Maximizing entity benefits through effective financial statement preparations
• Creating and managing multiple types of formed entities in line with budgets and other costs
• Job Costing
• Resolving financial and accounting questions timely
• Reporting and presenting in monthly required meetings
• Processing receipts and payments
• Responding to CPA, partner, and shareholder requests
• Quarterly reporting
• Year-End tax reporting to CPA's and processing tax returns
• Partnership and loan agreements review and processing.
• Filing and organizing
