Senior Accountant

What Youll Do

• Keep the General Ledger accurate with well-prepared entries, including payroll.
• Lead the month-end close process and ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Dive into accounting records to explain variances and provide insights.
• Support consolidation tasks and assist in the year-end audit.
• Review and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts monthly.
• Manage and maintain fixed asset procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and work with external auditors.
• Develop and document procedures and controls, always seeking improvements for a busy environment.

What Youll Need

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with an eye for detail.
• Experience with corporate governance and compliance at federal, state, and local levels.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
