Corporate Tax Accountant
Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Tax Accountant(link removed) The selected candidate must have a BS in Accounting and 3+ years accounting/finance experience.
The Company: This is a very well established financial services company. The company is privately owned and therefore capable of making decisions quickly and executing strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Tax preparation for corporation
File various local, state, and federal tax returns.
Keep up to date with current tax procedures and developments, as well as assist during internal audit process.
Analyze company structure and help determine budget.
Responsibilities will also include some personal tax return filing.
Requirements:
Accounting experience is a firm requirement (link removed)
Bachelors degree in Accounting from an accredited 4-year institution (CPA highly preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance
Professional appearance and communication skills.
Tax Experience desirable
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with outstanding communication skills
Proficient in Excel, proven experience with spreadsheets, and accounting software experience.
Experience in related job function with small privately held company a plus

Travel: Occasional
Compensation: Salary is $70-75K+ commensurate with experience, and will include annual bonus, and outstanding benefits including medical, dental, life, disability, 401K employer matching.
