This position will assist with new client onboarding, conduct review meetings with existing clients and work with and support our Advisors and continue to grow and enhance existing client relationships.
This position is based in person in our Needham, MA office but will require travel between our Massachusetts offices

- Support the advisors with client inquiries and processing of new business
- Provide excellent client service to existing clients
- Manage and retain strong client relationships
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients
- Communicate the full range of the company's services and capabilities to clients
- Responsible for the upkeep of client data in various internal systems
- Attend evening educational workshops and introduce the main speaker or do the main presentation
- College degree and 2 + years of financial services experience
- Life and Health Licensed; Series 65 or Series 7 & 66
- Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal & management skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
