" Analyze A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of product changes and optimize performance.
" Provide recommendations on product enhancements based on data-driven insights and monitor the ROI of product initiatives.
" Collaborate with the engineering team to improve data infrastructure and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
" Lead the automation of recurring reports and deep-dive analyses to provide ongoing visibility into product metrics.
Qualifications:
" Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
" 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with a strong focus on software products or technology.
" Proficiency with Amplitude and other product analytics tools.
" Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases for querying and manipulating large datasets.
" Strong experience with Tableau and/or Looker for building and maintaining high-quality data visualizations and dashboards.
" Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations.
" Experience automating data collection, reporting, and dashboard generation.
" Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis to measure product performance.
" Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
" Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus.
Ideal Candidate:
" Someone who is looking to move into a lead role and shape the data analytics function from the ground up.
" Comfortable working in a new position with minimal legacy processes, and able to establish best practices.
" Able to partner effectively with product management and engineering teams to identify opportunities and drive data-informed decision-making.
" Familiar with dashboarding tools like Tableau or Looker and able to use them to create insightful visualizations.
" Experience with product analytics tools, preferably Amplitude, but familiarity with similar tools like Pendo is also valuable.
