Position - Lead Data Analyst (Clarity & Caboodle)
Location - Jersey City NJ (Remote)
Responsibilities -
Leadership & Guidance: Serve as a mentor and lead for other analysts, guiding best practices, methodologies, and knowledge-sharing on complex data analytics tasks.
Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with stakeholders to extract requirements, manage expectations, and communicate data insights and solutions.
Query Development: Write and optimize complex SQL queries and logic using EHR, Claims, Enrollment/Eligibility, and Social Determinants of Health data.
Data Visualization: Develop high-quality data visualizations using tools like Looker to support actionable insights.
Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical designs, report inventories, measure catalogs, and data dictionaries.
Project Tracking & Updates: Keep projects updated in tracking systems, ensuring timely documentation of design and testing logs.
Strategic Participation: Contribute to Data and Analytics strategy discussions, reviewing and providing feedback on technical elements. Quarterly onsite meetings are required.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure user experience and informatics alignment in health solutions.
Other duties and/or projects as assigned.

Domain - Healthcare Domain
Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Bachelor of Science degree.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in healthcare data analysis.
Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver critical outcomes.
Expert-level knowledge of Epic Clarity and Caboodle models.
High proficiency in SQL.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred:
Experience developing in Looker or a similar visualization tool.
Exposure to Agile and traditional project management methods.
