Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: DFW Metro Area
Work Schedule: 4 Days On-Site, 1 Day Remote
Compensation: $105,000 - $115,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus

Position Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing company in the DFW Metro Area, is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage essential accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with regulations. This position plays a key role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting the organization's financial objectives. The candidate will work on-site 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable.
Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including variance analysis and supporting documentation.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, maintaining strong internal controls.
Support the budgeting and forecasting process, contributing to financial planning efforts.
Collaborate with auditors during financial audits, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to improve accounting efficiency and accuracy.
Assist with the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar accounting role.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Experience with month-end close processes, financial statements, and audit preparation.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary ranging from $105,000 to $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
