Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the preparation and distribution of monthly financial statements, quarterly forecasts and reviews, and the annual budget.
- Support the annual financial audit and assist with other audits throughout the year.
- Handle journal entries, account reconciliations, variance research, and financial analysis.
- Conduct or review monthly commission calculations.
- Manage various accounting and business tasks including accounts receivable/payable, property and state taxes, fixed assets, insurance, non-traditional revenue, promotional events, and more.
- Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by local managers, CAO, and CFO.
- Assist with various analytical reports for company executives.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Accounting.
- At least three years of accounting experience, including experience in preparing financial statements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Eager to learn new software, including MMM business systems.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent communication skills.
- Team-oriented and willing to support other departments as needed.

Salary:
- $73,000-$78,000 annually, depending on experience.
