Senior Accountant

Position Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Senior Accountant, where you'll play a crucial role in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly close process and prepare financial statements
• Oversee cost accounting and inventory valuation
• Lead budget preparation and variance analysis
• Coordinate external audit processes
• Supervise staff accountants and review their work
• Drive process automation and efficiency improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience, manufacturing industry preferred
• CPA preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
