Responsibilities:
Job Description:
The Data Analyst will use technology to mine complex, voluminous, and different varieties of data from various sources and platforms, to collect, analyze, and compile data to meet customer needs.
Job Duties Include (but not limited to):
Analyze local, national, and global trends to identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Determine technical issues and remove corrupted data & fix coding errors and related
Work collaboratively with Intelligence and Data analysis teams to produce qualitative and quantitative data analysis that supports Intelligence products and processes.
Build data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks and/or automation for data consumers to monitor, extract, and report on data.
Work with IDST members and USSOCOM leadership to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data management strategies for the enterprise to improve the quality and usability of data.
Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
Can write in Python.
Can read and understand other coding languages; HTML/CSS, R, Java, C, C++, C#
Create respective process documentation using a web-based version control
Experience with Gitlab and Jira
Provide written and verbal communication and respective business process
Work independently and on teams and have excellent time management and work prioritization skills.
Execute complex projects within government defined timelines across a geographically dispersed workforce and user base.
Experience providing services similar in required tasks, scope, and complexity.
Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role
Desired Skills:
JavaScript, R, C/C++, SQL, Go, Flask, React, SQL Alchemy, CI/CD
Experience with Flask and React preferred.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science discipline or equivalent.
Security Clearance:
Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a SCI is required.
