Position Summary
" Work with manufacturing personnel and technical batch records to gain process understanding and subsequently collect, evaluate, and correct product data in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
" Write and update technical documentation and product labels to align with manufacturing and regulatory processes and data standards.
" Create and maintain a mechanism for grouping similar processes to handle and update large quantities of data in mass.
" Conduct process mapping to thoroughly analyze and document the current expiration dating process of key SKUs to identify gaps within the process.
" Supports the conversion of manufacturing instructions from batch records, SOPs, and work instructions into Electronic Batch Record (EBR) forms.
" Collect revised or missing product data from historical batch records, spreadsheets, and personal interviews of manufacturing scientists.
" Creation of new parts, building the SKU data from scratch in collaboration with the manufacturing teams.
" Work to create and meet timelines and communicate project progress to key stakeholders.
" Communicate roadblocks to direct supervisor and project leaders to overcome barriers quickly.
" Participate in Root Cause investigations and create innovative countermeasure plans to eliminate recurrence of issues.
" Work on any other operational improvements to reduce line stoppages as needed.
" Active participation in all required trainings to execute on job functions.
Qualifications:
" Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
" 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or data management.
" Strong understanding of Part/SKU data attributes from a manufacturing/planning/supply chain perspective.
" Proficiency in extracting key data from technical instructions and scientific procedures.
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively influence peers.
" Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
" Strong attention to detail and comfort with manipulating large data sets.
" Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
" Strong Excel skills required.
" Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Outlook, Explorer, and Power BI.
" Preferred experience in coding with VBA, Power BI, and SQL.
Comments for Suppliers: M-F 7-7:30 start. 8 hours per day. Potential Temp to hire and Onsite.
