Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics using PowerBI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.

Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

Utilize PowerBI/Looker to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into marketing performance metrics, campaign outcomes, and operational efficiency.

Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within marketing datasets.

Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, organic search, social media, and email marketing.

Provide regular reports and insights to marketing leadership and other stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

Develop and present comprehensive campaign performance reports, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.

Use data to identify opportunities for optimizing marketing campaigns and improving ROI.

Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to determine the effectiveness of different marketing strategies and tactics.

Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance targeting, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Utilize first-party data to develop and refine audience segments for targeted advertising efforts.

Collaborate with advertising partners to leverage data insights for improving conversions and ad spend efficiency.

Work closely with the digital marketing team to understand campaign objectives and data needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, web development vendors, digital and creative agencies, to ensure data integrity and alignment with marketing goals.

Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases, data warehouses, and other data sources, including BigQuery and Azure SQL.

Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Automate data extraction and transformation processes to streamline analysis workflows and improve efficiency.

Support customer data modeling and integration efforts with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure seamless data flow and comprehensive customer profiles.

Leverage Server-Side Tag Management for enhanced data collection and processing.

Develop and maintain robust data models to support advanced analytics and audience development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with data regulations and privacy standards, particularly around HIPAA and consumer protection regulations, by implementing appropriate data governance practices and security measures.
