JD SUMMARY:
The hiring manager is fantastic, she's super personable. This candidate is not a Salesforce admin. This is a data specialist/analyst that has worked with data in Salesforce . The candidate will be stepping into the team and adding capacity while the team manages a transition. Candidate should have experience with transforming data and can look at data and see if it makes sense and make sure it's organized and making sure things are mapped (data mapping) correctly.
The primary skillset would be solid knowledge on Salesforce, not necessarily configuring Salesforce, but should be able to pull a report , extracting data from the internal product and load it into Salesforce. This would be a great role for someone who is looking to take that next step into gaining more experience with Salesforce. You will be trained on error handling and how to use internal systems and tools.
They use the MuleSoft data loader tool. If candidates understand things like MuleSoft data loader that will be helpful. This tool shouldn't be hard to grasp and pick up.
Strong Excel experience (not necessarily indexing or modeling, but fluent enough to know Excel and be able to check for mistakes in Excel), also experience with Google Sheets - should be able to work with these tools
