Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Business or a related field - Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least 5+ years of experience working with IT contracts, vendor management, data management and reporting
- Strong background in data analytics and technical specifications
- Previous experience in state or federal government purchasing or contract management is required
- Contract Management Certificate(s) are preferred
- ServiceNow, or other IT ticketing application knowledge is highly desirable
- ITIL foundation certification or previous training is required
- Knowledge of State Laws, Contracting, Procurement with IT type contracts (development and negotiations)
- Previous experience developing program guidelines, policies and procedures
- Possess current knowledge of business trends, government regulations, commercial business laws and regulations, software licensing practices
- Experience with negotiation and pricing techniques for contract negotiation
- Ability to maintain a system of record keeping
- Ability to interpret regulations and convey them to non-technical audience
- Strong background in MS Office - specifically MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills - written/verbal
