Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a fast-growing Tech organization to identify a Corporate Accountant to join their team. This position will require 3 days/week in-office.

- The Company: $30M Tech organization. This division is highly profitable (30% EBITDA margins) and is poised to more than double its revenue in the next 5 years.
- The Opportunity: Reporting to the Controller, the Corporate Accountant will assist with the build-out of the accounting infrastructure to support the run rate of the company.

- The Exposure: The Corporate Accountant has a highly visible role and will work closely with both the Controller and CFO.
The Corporate Accountant's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process including journal entries, balance sheet and account reconciliations, payroll, taxes, and accounts payable.
- Ensure Balance Sheet accounts are reconciled on a recurring basis as required.
- Prepare monthly Financial Statements.
- Manage the annual external Financial Statement and benefit plan audits,
- Oversee quarterly and annual Federal & State tax filings.
- Develop and implement business process improvement initiatives and strategies.
- Continually review accounting policies and procedures to ensure that the company is compliant with GAAP and statutory accounting.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance
- P.A. highly preferred
- 2+ years of total experience.
