RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTANT
  • Preparing annual budgets for programs and working closely with program managers
  • Preparing budget modifications
  • Preparing monthly budget to actual, billing reports, and financial statements
  • Support schedules and analysis for annual audit
  • Year end reports
  • General ledger entries
  • Reconcile various grants

    EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTANT ROLE:
    • Bachelor's in Accounting is preferred
    • Not for profit / contract billing is a plus!
    • Strong excel skills
    • 2+ years of experience preferred
    • Strong analytical interpersonal skills
