CFS has teamed up with an award-winning nonprofit organization to identify an Accountant & HR Administrator to join their close-knit team. Our client was founded in 1980, and has a mission to improve mathematics education for students of all ages.

Accountant & HR Administrator's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Bookkeeping, AP/AR, invoicing, handling checks and online payments, bank and credit card reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Create annual budget and prepare quarterly budget YTD and EOY reports
- Close all financial records monthly and prepare monthly reports
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 9-10 full- and part-time employees
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and contractors.
- Organize and manage personnel records, database, and documents
- Handle various HR procedures
Qualifications for the Accountant & HR Administrator position:
- Proven work experience as an Accountant/HR/Payroll Administrator, a HR/Payroll Administrative Assistant, or other related or relevant role.
- AR/AP - QuickBooks experience preferred
- MS Office computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and planning skills.
- Self-starting attitude and work habits with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
