Role Responsibilities- Junior Accountant
  • Perform accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, General Ledger Maintenance, and Budget Variance Analysis
  • Reconcile Bank Account and Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Input new leases, update extensions and prepare monthly billing in Yardi
  • Coordinate with CPA for audit and year end tax filing

Preferred Qualifications- Junior Accountant
  • BA in Accounting, Business or Finance
  • Experience with QuickBooks or Yardi is a plus
