As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's financial success by overseeing and managing all accounting operations, developing financial strategies, and providing guidance and support to the rest of the accounting team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all accounting operations
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Prepare financial statements and other reports as needed
• Manage budgets and monitor cash flow
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting regulations
• Provide guidance and training to accounting staff
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounting
