Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions related to inventory cycles, including transfers, receiving, vendor billing, landed costs, assembly builds, and adjustments
- Review and ensure accuracy of Bills of Materials and inventory pricing in NetSuite
- Reconcile inventory with plant locations, investigate discrepancies
- Perform month-end reconciliation for inventory-related general ledger accounts like In-Transit, Accrued Purchases, and Landed Costs
- Prepare TTB reporting and tax compliance documents
- Develop custom inventory reports as needed
- Support other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance (preferred)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, with inventory accounting exposure
- Strong understanding of inventory, sales orders, and purchase orders
- Warehouse/manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Prior experience with NetSuite ERP (a plus)
