Overview:
The IT PMO / Finance Analyst is responsible for insuring that all Invoice processing, financial reconciliation and ongoing reporting remains up to date across all Sparc brands. This role will also take an active part in owning Sparc wide portfolio management. That includes setting strategy, executing data collection, tool maintenance and insuring team members keep their respective data up to date.

Responsibilities:
• Manage invoice processing including, coding, logging, submitting to AP and reporting. This will be hands on requirment
• Gather monthly operating and capital expense data from brands and report actuals that match finance.
• Reconcile IT generate weekly actualization with monthly Finance generated reporting
• Oversee Portfolio management tools to insure accuracy with project timing, duration, status.
• Interact with Program and project managers as necessary to insure they are following Sparc standards.
• Assist with evolving best practices in order to create standardization across functional areas and brands.
• Identifies inconsistencies and or project overlaps which will conflict with each other
• Apply continuous improvement concepts to enhance IT Operations
• Apply critical thinking and entrepreneurial mindset to improving corporate efficiency
• Potentially oversee Annual IT audit process across brands
• Potentially assist with Finance related projects across brands

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Finance or related experience.• Intern experience in finance related roles.• Must be able to demonstrate a high level of competency in understanding finance concepts• High level of attention to detail• Positive customer service and strong communication and interpersonal skills required• Strong Excel skills a must • Experience in below specific areas are essential to the position: o Working knowledge of information analysis; computer hardware/software systems knowledge a plus o Strong data management and data governance skills o Strong attention to detail o Analyzing information o Excellent communication skills o Problem solving o Thought leadership o Developing budgets o Coordination o Strategic thinking• Demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and tact to others; and display high standards of ethical conduct
• Travel may be required, based on business needs.
• Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

• Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods
• Ability to reach at or below shoulder level
• Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.
