Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Tax Services: Handle the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns. Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services.
Auditing: Conduct thorough audits to evaluate financial health and compliance, recommending best practices and solutions.
Advisory Services: Offer insightful financial advice on business strategies, investments, and risk management.
Compliance and Regulation: Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure all practices are compliant with statutory requirements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans, providing detailed performance reports.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with exceptional service.
Requirements
CPA certification or working towards CPA qualification is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Solid understanding of GAAP.
Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or NetSuite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workflows.
