About the Role
We are partnering with one of our long time clients on an exclusive search for their FP&A team. This company has experienced rapid expansion, driven by acquisitions. Known for its strong leadership and development-focused culture, the FP&A team is highly regarded.

The Role:

This is a high-visibility role that supports the Manager of Data Analytics within the FP&A function. The primary focus is data governance and maintenance, managing 15-20 dashboards that are critical for executive leadership. Other responsibilities include:

Supporting an 18-month strategic pricing initiative.

Producing quarterly board reports on site performance, sales, and operational efficiency.

Evaluating underperforming sites to assist in deep dives on operational costs and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain data dashboards for the executive team.

Provide analytics support for ongoing strategic pricing projects.

Prepare quarterly reports on operational efficiency and performance.

Partner with the Manager of Data Analytics to assess site performance.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an ambitious and eager professional with a strong grasp of both revenue and cost structures. The ideal candidate will be:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.

Proficient in Excel (advanced skills required).

Willing to learn new reporting and data visualization tools.
