Hybrid Position - 3 days onsite in Atlanta GA
The Corporate Senior Accountant will help manage and execute some of the accounting functions at the corporate level, including the consolidation process, financial statement preparation, and lease accounting. This position will work closely with the corporate accounting leadership team, accounting teams at operational sites, and other departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Support accurate and timely month-end close process
Maintain and reconcile various general ledger accounts
Manage limited adjustments to convert IFRS to US GAAP for International locations (Top-side adjustments)
Manage the consolidation process, including the preparation of intercompany eliminations
Oversee the financial reporting integration of acquired entities into consolidations tool
Prepare the monthly financial statements, including the statement of cash flows
Enter leases into the company's lease software (Trullion) and ensure compliance with ASC 842
Knowledge of Share-based compensation (ASC 718) and preparation of FN support
Assist with the implementation and application the company's accounting policies
Assist in execution of internal control compliance
Ad-hoc assistance with various projects within the corporate accounting team
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in accounting
CPA certification is a plus
Previous experience in public accounting or within a publicly traded company is preferred
Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX compliance
Good organizational abilities and time management skills
Experience with OneStream is preferred
