Position Overview
The Senior Associate will play a key role in supporting the investment team by conducting financial analysis, performing due diligence, and contributing to deal sourcing. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with portfolio companies, helping to implement growth strategies and optimize operational performance. This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior leadership and opportunities for career advancement within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial modeling, analysis, and valuation for potential investment opportunities.
Perform due diligence, including market research, financial statement analysis, and competitive analysis.
Support deal sourcing, structuring, and negotiations alongside senior team members.
Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to drive financial and operational improvements.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including banks, advisors, and other financial institutions.
Prepare and present investment memos and reports to the investment committee and senior leadership.
Monitor portfolio performance and assist in the execution of exit strategies for portfolio companies.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to senior stakeholders.
Proven experience working on deals, including sourcing, structuring, and execution.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results.
