Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
Contribute to month end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial data is in compliance with GAAP.
Review monthly financial statements of multiple entities to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Prepare month end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
Research variances in key account balances and explain variances between actuals and budget.
Assist with shared service accounting functions including general ledger accounting, corporate accounting, intercompany, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, treasury, etc
Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures and incorporate procedural improvements to optimize efficiency.
Create ad-hoc financial reports and data analysis as required to support business objectives.
Assist with annual financial and internal control audits.
Provide on-going support to various business partners.
