We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Analyst in the Budget & Analysis/Corporate Portfolio Management Department. This role is vital for the smooth operation and accuracy of our project financial management. The chosen candidate will play a key role in managing and updating our project databases within SAP, ensuring that all financial aspects of our corporate projects are tracked and reported accurately.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Support in crafting and refining financial reports that assist the Executive Team in assessing the financial health and performance of the company.
Conduct monthly reports on project portfolio status, detailing approved funding, expenditure, and forecasts for over 150 active projects.
Facilitate project lifecycle management, including the creation, completion, and financial adjustment of projects, for a wide portfolio with an annual budget ranging from $40 million to $75 million.
Update and maintain procedural and control documentation for project systems and pricing models.
Participate in the preparation of comprehensive financial analyses and presentations for a variety of stakeholders, including management, the Finance Committee, the Audit Committee, and the Board of Directors.
Supply project financial information for the development of budget presentations and project materials for executive and committee review sessions.
QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Alternatively, 0-3 years of equivalent working experience in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce work of the highest quality.
Experience with or understanding of SAP, particularly the IM and PS modules.
Familiarity with MS-Excel pivot tables.
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting.
