POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting the Controller in all functions of the Accounting Department including District accounting and payables, governmental reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, assist in journal entry preparation and be able to maintain and analyze cash reports and financial statements. Prepares various statistical reports for both internal and external use. Assists with payroll processing.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Associate 's Degree, higher college education, or equivalent work-related experience preferred.
License: NA
Experience: 3 years Acute Care Hospital experience strongly preferred. Min 3 years General Accounting experience. Payroll experience in ADP, Kronos, or other computerized payroll devices. The ability to communicate effectively, problem-solve, and handle confidential information is required. Strong skills with Microsoft Suite.
PAY / BENEFITS
• Estimated pay: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour based on qualifications (including but not limited to experience, education, certifications, and licensure where applicable).
