About the role:
As an Accountant, your finger will be on the financial pulse of the entire organization. Collaborating with a diverse team, you will be responsible for conducting account reconciliation and various analyses of financial statements.
What you will be doing:
Prepare cash and internal account reconciliations.
Utilizes internal and external settlement systems and data to prepare and complete balancing schedules and cash account reconciliations.
Analyzes and researches variances; provides logical/concise explanations for variances and/or fluctuations in a timely manner and assists with variance resolution as needed.
Works with internal and/or external clients and service providers to resolve out of balance conditions, fund movement errors and/or transaction processing inquiries.
Performs other related duties assigned as needed.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
Knowledge of auditing processes and procedures as well as accounting principles, financial statements, practices and procedures.
3+ years of experience in Settlement Accounting.
Skilled in analytical and statistical examination.
